About Dr. David S. Bennett

My road to creating my ideal practices and ultimately becoming a dental coach started not long after I graduated from dental school at Marquette in 1997 and began practicing with my father in Colorado. After graduation, he sent me on what I now consider an advanced education journey to learn and train with Dr. Frank Spear at his Seattle office, with Dr. Bill Strupp in Florida, Dr. Larry Rosenthall based in New York and many others who gave me the vision early on in my career to see what was possible in esthetic and restorative dentistry and the skills to elevate my practice. After completing many full-mouth and esthetic cases over the first 10 years of my career, I was asked to become an instructor with P.A.C. – Live, where I taught hands-on full-mouth reconstructive dentistry in Vancouver, San Francisco and Denver from 2008 -2012.

In terms of my practice experience, I have both purchased and started multiple practices over my career. I sold my first scratch practice at 39 years old and quickly grew accustomed to starting and transitioning numerous practices the same way. Over the years, I gained experience in the business side of dentistry, using my experience to help other dentists, whether they were starting a practice from the ground up or transitioning and growing an existing practice.

Program Deliverables

Students in the Restorative Esthetic Mastery program have online exclusive access to Dr. Bennett’s 40 module curriculum. R3M offers clarity around diagnosis, treatment planning, case acceptance, and gives confidence in  performing full mouth reconstruction cases. R3M is a self-instructional program for dentists who are coaching one-on-one with Dr. Bennett.

Dentists who are privately coaching with Dr. Bennett have the opportunity to ask him questions about the R3M module material, review current cases within their practice, and gain confidence in implementing new knowledge during a monthly or bi-monthly 1:1 session.

Two Days in Dr. Bennett’s practice, working one-on-one with him, observing, working, and training. Special care is taken to tailor each student’s experience to overcome the technical roadblocks that prevent them from completing full-mouth reconstruction in their practice routinely.

Note: While every attempt is made to schedule observation of cases that are most beneficial to the student’s learning experience and growth, patient and student scheduling and availability cannot be anticipated and always aligned, and therefore, specific case observation cannot be guaranteed.

  • The Coach agrees to maintain the ethics and standards of behavior established by the David Bennett Coaching and AGD PACE guidelines.
  • The Student is responsible for implementing the insights and techniques learned from the Coach.
  • Student accepts and agrees that they are fully responsible for their progress and results from the Program. The Student accepts and agrees that she/he is the one vital element to the Program’s success and that the instructor, Dr. Bennett, cannot control the Student and/or Student’s participation. The Student commits to accepting assignments/exercises/sessions presented by the Instructor and, to the extent that assignments/exercises/sessions require group participation, participating fully for the benefit of all members. If the Student is unwilling/unable to participate in exercises/assignments/sessions, the contract is terminated at the Instructor’s option without recourse or refund of any kind.

While working with Students, the Instructor may come across, or be given confidential Student information. This is information like patient case review, business strategies, research & development notes, and other private information. The Coach promises to treat this information as if it is the Coach’s confidential information. The Coach may use this information to fulfill deliverables within R3M, but not for anything else. The one exception to this is if the Student gives the Coach written permission to use the information for another purpose. When this contract ends, the Coach is obligated to store all Students private information in either physical and/or electronic formats under a secure environment. The Coach promises that it will not share confidential information with a third party, unless the Student gives the Coach written permission first. The Coach must continue to follow these obligations, even after the contract ends. The Coach’s responsibilities only stop if the Coach can show any of the following: (i) that the information was already public when the Coach came across it; (ii) the information became public after the Coach came across it, but not because of anything the Coach did or didn’t do; (iii) the Coach already knew the information when the Coach came across it and the Coach didn’t have any obligation to keep it secret; (iv) a third party provided the Coach with the information; or (v) the Coach created the information on its own, without using anything belonging to the Student.
